Benefits
Stress that builds during the day is often what keeps you awake at night. A poor night then makes the next day harder to handle. Sleep + Calm supports you on both ends of that cycle.
Calm is built around 600 mg of KSM-66® Ashwagandha, the dose used in clinical research, along with L-Theanine, Rhodiola, Lemon Balm and Choline. It helps you stay steady under pressure without making you drowsy.
Sleep pairs 3 mg of melatonin with L-Theanine, L-Ornithine, Magnolia Bark and Hops. Together they quiet a racing mind and help you fall asleep faster, so you wake up rested instead of groggy.
How Does It Work?
Take 2 Calm capsules during the day, ideally in the morning. On especially stressful days, you can take 2 more every 4 to 6 hours.
Take 1 to 4 Sleep capsules before bed. Start with 1 and increase only if you need to. For everyday use, 1 to 2 capsules is enough for most people.
Both work best with a few simple habits. Get daylight soon after you wake up, and put screens away 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
How Long Do I Use It Before Seeing Results?
Most people notice Sleep the first night, usually as falling asleep faster or waking up more rested.
Calm builds with steady use. Many people feel a difference within 1 to 2 weeks, and results are strongest after about 4 weeks of daily use.
That's why the bundle comes as a monthly supply. Calm works best taken daily, while Sleep is there for the nights you need it most, like a stressful week or a time change.

Sleep by Nedley Health

Calm by Nedley Health
Calm for the day. Sleep for the night.
Stress and sleep feed each other. A stressful day makes it harder to fall asleep, and a short night leaves you more anxious the next morning. Sleep + Calm supports both sides of that loop, so your days feel steadier and your nights get deeper.
When UC Berkeley researchers kept healthy adults awake for one night, next-day anxiety rose by up to 30%. A full night of deep sleep brought it back down. Ben Simon et al., Nature Human Behaviour, 20201

Frequently asked questions
Can I take Calm and Sleep on the same day?
Yes. That is how the bundle is designed to work. Take Calm during the day for stress support and Sleep before bed. Calm is non-drowsy, so it won't slow you down at work.
Will Sleep leave me groggy in the morning?
Most people wake up clear-headed. If you feel groggy, lower your dose. Start with 1 capsule, give it a few nights, and adjust from there.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most Sleep customers notice better rest the first night. Calm builds with consistent use: many people feel a difference within 1 to 2 weeks, with the best results around 4 weeks.
Can I take these with my medications?
Talk with your physician first if you take prescription medications, especially sedatives, antidepressants, blood pressure or thyroid medications, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Not intended for children under 12.
