Active Cal-Mag provides 200 mg of elemental calcium and 175 mg of elemental magnesium per serving, using highly bioavailable Albion® mineral chelates for superior absorption and gentle digestion. Unlike common rock-salt minerals such as calcium carbonate or magnesium oxide, Albion® chelates are clinically shown to deliver significantly higher absorption without causing constipation or discomfort.
